Shipping Info

Short version: we don't ship anything. CLUTCHROOM sells time on gaming stations you play on-site at 120 Collins Street, Melbourne. There's no parcel, no courier, and no delivery address to fill in — the thing you booked is a seat, and you collect it by walking through the door.

Nothing gets shipped

CLUTCHROOM is a computer club, not a shop. What we sell is station and group-room time — hourly, by the block, or by the room. All of it is delivered in the building, in person, the moment you sit down at a working seat. Because there are no physical goods, there are no shipping costs, no carriers, no tracking numbers, and no lost-in-transit parcels to chase.

How your booking is "delivered"

Send the booking form or email the desk, and we reply to confirm and hold your seat. That confirmation email is your booking — there's nothing else in the post. On the day, check in at the desk, claim your station, and you're playing. That's the whole delivery: a confirmed seat waiting for you on the floor.

Where we operate

We operate from a single location — 120 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia — and everything happens there. We don't service other cities remotely and we don't post gear to your home. If you're travelling into Melbourne to play, the contact page has our opening hours so you can time your visit.

Bringing your own gear

You're welcome to bring your own keyboard, mouse, headset, or controller and plug in at any seat — plenty of players do. You carry it in and you carry it out; we don't store, post, or forward personal equipment. Anything left behind goes to lost property at the desk, so ask before you assume it's gone.

If you were expecting a parcel

If you landed here looking for delivery tracking, there's nothing to track — no order ships from CLUTCHROOM. If you think you've bought something from us that should arrive by post, you may be looking at the wrong business; email [email protected] and we'll clear it up quickly.
